FREE GROUP DANCE LESSONS: One Saturday a month from 7:15 to 8:00. Date will be announced.
EVENTS: Congratulation to the winners for best Halloween Costumes; James Lovett, Bill Alexander and as a couple Jane Lyons and Lewis Sandro. Another big THANK YOU again to our member Dr. Zak Zakaria for donating once a month one of his fine paintings to raise money for Scholarship.
UPCOMING EVENTS, CHRISTMAS: We celebrate the European way on Saturday, Dec. 26th, (Europe has 2 Christmas Holidays 25th and 26th) in semi-formal attire. We all will have to dance off the excess food we take in throughout the Holiday. So since it was such a big success last year and Christmas is for sharing, please bring your favorite cookies and we’ll set up a beautiful table again and provide the coffee.
PRESIDENT’S NOTE: Unbelievable! The year is over. It has been a year with mixed feelings. It has been fun, hectic, worrisome and enjoyable. Without my Board, I would have been toast. I cannot thank them enough. For our year-round members, I thank you for your loyalty. For our snowbirds, we miss you so much when you go north; but when you return, you bring many smiles to our faces. If I could change just one thing, it would be that we could get many more of you involved to help with the chores that are necessary to keep our club intact. For those of you who chipped in with help - thank you, you are awesome. If I disappointed anyone, I apologize, but it is hard work and I truly tried to do right by the club. God Bless and Keep Dancing.
JANUARY 02, 2010: Let’s start off the New Year together and make it a semi-formal event. Our current President Kay Parker with her Vice President Rosa K. Medz will hand over the responsibilities to the new President Rick Martin and his Vice President Marie Billups. Please everyone show up to show your support for that new Administration and make it a big party.
Holiday Exceptions: Members; if you have out of town company, bring them along even if they are married.
MEMBERSHIP: Annual Membership fees $35.00 The Membership Chairperson is available between 6:45 and 8:15pm every Saturday in the Lobby for your convenience to renew your membership before it expires, and for prospective members to complete an application. If you wish to renew your membership by mail you may send your Membership Card and a Check for $35.00 payable to “Adult Singles Club” and send to: ASC - P.O. Box 434, Osprey, FL 34229-0434 we will mail your new card upon arrival. The following persons are applicants to become a member; Lucille Fox, Fred Fentross, John Lukacs and Joy Jenkins and Gloria Hoey. Your official membership card is available in the lobby starting December 05, 2009

SUNSHINE: Get Well cards sent to: Connie Bauer and Barbara Porceddu. A Sympathy card send to Pat-Penn Smith for the loss of her beloved husband, Al Smith. They were only just married last June.
